The ocean "foam" is mulberry bark from Friends Fabric Art in Lowell, MA. The flip flops were appliqued and the seashells and ocean stones glued. Free motion quilting. Shadows painted on with Caran d'Ache water soluble oil pastels. This piece was on the SAQA website for their November 2008 auction. 12" x 12" Private Collection
